Job Description

Responsible for the overall campus instructional program while directing and managing the overall operation of the campus. Engaging in leading a movement toward increasingly higher academic achievement through cutting edge instructional practices, risk taking, policy compliance, efficient operational management, and charisma.

    Job Requirements

    • Additionally, qualified applicants must exhibit working knowledge of curriculum and instruction, ability to evaluate an instructional program and teaching effectiveness while providing diagnostic and prescriptive feedback for growth, with the ability to manage budget and personnel. the candidate will have the ability to implement policy and procedures, ability to interpret data, and excellent organization, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills. Qualified applicants must interact effectively with students to promote positive attitudes toward the school’s programs, while facilitating positive teacher implementation of concepts and content in all grade levels and instructional areas. Qualified applicants must exhibit the skills to facilitate staff development including in-service activities focused on professional learning, while providing supportive materials. Qualified applicants must have a proven track record of high professional and ethical standards, and experience with leading others with integrity, character, and charisma.
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
    • Master degree preferred
    • Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
