CERTIFIED EDUCATION AUDIOLOGIST (1.0 FTE)

LEWIS COUNTY SPECIAL EDUCATION COOPERATIVE

(2022-23 SCHOOL YEAR)

Any work performed in August 2022 will be paid hourly per the 21/22 Salary Schedule; $48.00 TO $72.41, w/a Masters' degree or higher and DOE.

Begining 9/1/22, 1.0 FTE annual salary will be $66,252 to $99,955, w/a Masters' degree or higher and DOE.

The job of Certified Educational Audiologist is done for the purpose/s of supporting students with auditory disorders in an educational setting by evaluating the students' hearing, listening, and auditory processing deficits that can affect their academic success, communication abilities and psychosocial well-being. The Educational Audiologist participates in the evaluation of each child identified and referred by ESD 113 regional school districts. The audiologist is guided by best practices and codes of ethics that are outlined by his or her professional organizations.
