Job Description
ExpertHiring is looking to hire multiple School Psychologist for our site in Minneapolis, MN who are looking for assignment in full school year 2022-23. This assignment would provide you an opportunity to work with great professional.
Assignment details:
Start/End date: 8.15.2022 to June 2, 2023
Number of days/week: 5 days a week/37.5 hours weekly
Number of hours/day: 7.75
Age groups of kids to be seen: K-12
Number of locations: Multiple
Specific certifications needed: Active Minnesota School Psychologist Licenses
Interview availability: ASAP
Duties: Standard School Psychologist duties in an inclusive school district
Roles and Responsibilities:
Listening to students' concerns about academic, emotional or social issues.
Providing individual and group counseling as appropriate.
Administering and evaluating psychological tests and preparing reports.
Helping students to process and overcome their problems.
Assisting students with the development of goals and action plans.
Engaging and counseling teachers, parents, and caregivers about issues.
Researching and implementing intervention programs.
Developing programs to address behavioral issues and learning difficulties.
Assessing and diagnosing students to determine eligibility for special services.
Participating in continuing professional development.
Requirements:
Active Minnesota School Psychologist Licenses
1+ Years of experience working as a School Psychologist
