Job Description

We are currently seeking a full time Assistant Clinical Director.

We see this candidate as a dynamic, dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated individual will

assist the Clinical Director with oversight of the clinical services provided to our youth

on Campus. We appreciate a seasoned clinician who is ready to lead and learn as well as teach.

This person will be a member of the Clinical Management team and oversee the clinical work of anti-racist,

racial trauma interventions with the use of Motivational Interviewing.

The Assistant Clinical Director will also provide some direct supervision of clinicians and lead trauma

informed services throughout the Campus setting. Co-facilitate clinical meetings to review best practices

and provide training and professional development for Campus Clinicians. Participate in Agency Clinical

Risk Committee. Participate in chart audits with Clinical Coordinator. Provide afterhours clinical consultation

to the Clinician on call. Oversee crisis evaluation and section 12 procedures for Campus clients.

Facilitate weekly clinical rounds meetings. Provide trainings for staff. Provide supervision for at least

3 clinicians and 1 graduate intern. Run weekly clinical rounds. Attend program Operations meetings with program

management. Attend bi-weekly Campus Manager meetings. Sits on Agency Utilization Review team. Offers a powerful

example of best clinical practice with youth and in supervision.

    • Minimum Education: Master’s degree
      Required Licensure: LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC

      Looking for excellent communication skills, and strong leadership skills required. Knowledge of, experience with, and belief in
      Trauma & Anti- racist informed treatment a must. Maintains valid driver’s license. Preferred 2 years’ experience working with adolescents
      in a mental health setting.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
    • Master degree preferred
    • Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
