Job Description

Qualified applicant must:

  • Have minimum of high school diploma or GED.  Bachelor's degree is preferred;
  • Have at least three (3) years' comparable work/office experience;
  • Have knowledge/experience in human resources (educational setting preferred);
  • Have adequate knowledge in the use of a database and/or data entry skills;
  • Be able to quickly assimilate new information;
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; and
  • Have strong/excellent organizational skills (attention to detail).

The successful candidate will provide HR support to current certified personnel and other school staff, as well as potential teaching applicants.  Job duties include, but are not limited to, recruitment, new teacher orientation and processing, student teacher placement, event coordination, and administrative support.  


This is a 260-day (12 month) position with insurance and retirement benefits.  Salary will be determined by comparable work experience and placement on the Salaried Support Personnel salary schedule, Grade 7.
